At Ox & Blade, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before shipping to ensure premium quality.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery all across Pakistan.

Returns

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to lighting/photos

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are provided through:

  • JazzCash

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
